By implementing this project, progress was aimed to be achieved on multiple levels. At the institutional level, the focus was on strengthening strategic objectives, with a particular emphasis on increasing academic mobility, enhancing collaboration with foreign higher education institutions, and improving institutional capacity for international exchange management within the framework of Erasmus+. This involved staff education, advancement in planning, implementation, and monitoring procedures. At the personal level of participants, the goal was to enhance competencies and gain new experiences to advance employability and further careers. This included acquiring "soft skills" and awareness of digital technology possibilities, as well as strengthening awareness of belonging to the European community and European values. The aim was to boost individuals' motivation for further involvement in new international projects and actively promote opportunities for participation from diverse social backgrounds. Through new program implementation formats, there was also a desire to strengthen awareness of the need for sustainable individual actions.
