The aim of the project was to introduce children and parents to healthy eating and living habits and encourage them to engage in daily physical activities. We wanted to encourage children to spend more quality free time without technology. Secondary goals were to encourage the creativity of students and teachers, cooperate with partners from other countries and regions, and thus open school doors and action in an EU environment, encourage the active involvement of students from participating schools in activities outside of compulsory education, and create EU citizenship.
In today's world, technology plays a very important and big role and has become part of human everyday life. Today's children no longer spend the vast majority of their free time on playgrounds, riding bicycles, or climbing trees, but instead spend time sitting in front of screens playing various types of video games and watching television and YouTube channels. Through participation in this project, first of all, we wanted to encourage children to think about their health habits and their sustainability in the future. Various environmental care and recycling activities were carried out throughout the project. The goals of the project are indirectly related to the preservation of the environment and the development of awareness of climate change.
