The project boosted the capacities of partner organizations in social entrepreneurship education for youth, both online and offline. The key goal was to develop the Impact Entrepreneurship Methodology, which includes online tools for young entrepreneurs, instructional manuals for youth workers, and training activities for effective methodology implementation. Objectives: 1. Enhancing digital competencies of partner organizations through the design, upload, and management of online tools. 2. Developing skills of youth workers in Non-Formal Education (NFE) for both online and offline settings, including the creation of NFE activities and manuals detailing the methodology. 3. Creating a new, accessible methodology for Social Entrepreneurship (SE) education, involving partners from education, youth, and business sectors, basing it on scientific research, incorporating NFE methods, and making it applicable across various environments and levels. 4. Developing entrepreneurship competence in young people by creating an educational program to assist and support them in developing their SE ideas.
The project successfully increased the capacities of organizations in working with youth on social entrepreneurship by developing a comprehensive Impact Entrepreneurship methodology. It addressed two key areas: combating youth unemployment and enhancing the quality of youth work in entrepreneurial education. To implement effective NFE programs, partners enhanced their capabilities in social entrepreneurship (SE) education, guided by an innovative methodology. The Impact Entrepreneurship Methodology, encompassing online tools, manuals, and training methodology, empowers youth workers and organizations. This comprehensive approach provides easy access to new knowledge and methods, practical tools for both online and offline use, and improves the quality of entrepreneurial education. The project's impact extended to meet the partnership's needs: increasing capacity for online and offline youth engagement at various levels, educating youth workers in new methodologies, and promoting SE as a solution to financial crises and youth unemployment. It also addressed the needs of young people, who sought business skills and opportunities to create their own jobs, often as the only viable employment option.
