The objective was twofold: firstly, to understand innovations, strategies, and skills development in order to continuously improve our sustainable entrepreneurial methods, ensuring the responsible, holistic, and inclusive development of our community. Secondly, to acquire sustainable entrepreneurial knowledge that can strategically shape our social enterprises in the future.
The main profile and purpose of the Nem Adjuk Fel (Never Give Up) Social Cooperative is to establish sustainable businesses to provide opportunities for people with disabilities or other disadvantaged individuals to be employed in the open labor market. We offer personalized support based on their special needs and abilities through long-term mentorship and various trainings. Some of our enterprises include the Nem Adom Fel Restaurant and Café, the Nagy Lépés Courier Service, the Training Teams in Budapest and Szeged, and the Cleaning Service. The Cooperative also operates a training program for people with disabilities. We work together with our community to educate about disabilities and raise awareness among people.
