Within the framework of the project, we aimed to acquire knowledge in the areas of classroom management, digital teaching methodology, information and communication technology, which will enable our staff to meet the needs and requirements identified and assessed by our professional team. We wanted to develop the digital, face-to-face and blended options (including applied teaching methods) for delivering our training. We aimed to flexibly meet the educational needs of our learner groups, our corporate clients and diverse social groups by providing staff mobility with access to relevant international knowledge and the exchange of good practices. In the preliminary survey, our professional management found that our learners wanted to have experiences beyond knowledge during their learning. As interactivity, playful learning, and multimedia are essential options in the digital learning toolbox, learning becomes easier, more enjoyable and yet more effective for them. With our mobilities, the main objective was to acquire digital knowledge.
Since its foundation in 1991, Converzum Tudomány Nyelviskola has been growing, constantly looking for new opportunities and responding to the changing needs of its students. The school offers language training courses at 17 levels and in a wide variety of areas and of intensities, most commonly general and business language trainings, language exam preparation, communication skills development, as well as courses tailored tocorporate customers, job and personalised business environment. Our FLIP courses are blended learning courses, available for many years at Converzum. We offer teacher training, language teacher training and further education courses, as well as university preparation courses for foreign students, mainly from Third World countries. Converzum Tudomány Nyelviskola as an organisation has developed and improved the skills and knowledge of its language teachers and staff through training courses in Italy, Spain, France, Ireland, Germany, Greece and Croatia. The knowledge gained has contributed to the quality improvement of the services offered by our school.
