We planned two mobilities for welders, car mechanics, beauticians and logistics students in the project. We wanted to ensure that the three-week professional practice for our beneficiary students was carried out in a real, a corporate, a beauty salon and a foreign-language environment. During the mobilities, we wanted to achieve that our students get to know what was used the work organization and technological methods, materials, tools and procedures of the target countries in their future profession. Beside these, learning about the culture, history, and customs of the visited country, as well as developing their language skills, their independence, their ability to cooperate with others and becoming more accepting people from other cultures and religions. We wanted to introduce to our students the everyday life of the people/employees who live and work in foreign countries. We wanted to achieve that returning they home share their experiences and the learnt skills with their classmates, teachers or colleagues both who work at school or external training places.
The Király Endre Technical and Vocational school is one of the bigest one with 1500 students and 150 teachers in Pest county. In the institution there is adult education too. In the technician and vocational departments there are 7 branches and 14 profession for vocational training. Most of the student are going to participate in dual education after the basic exam. The vocational training of the profession without company backgroung is going in school workshops (joiners, bricklayers, painters, taylers, cosmetics). From the students, the parents and the teachers of the school there is a great demand for collecting international experience. From years we have organized international mobilities for our students and teachers and we accepted foreign students too. We are also participating in partnership projects. In this project. We would like to implement mobilities in two countries according to the demand of the car mechanics, cosmetics, logistics and welders.
