The main goal of the Department of Employment of Government Office is to meet the labour needs of employers with suitably qualified employees, support the placement of job seekers in the primary labour market and to improve the adaptability and productivity of employees and companies by supporting them workforce development. In this project, the development of human resources, we would like to contribute to a higher level of service to the needs on the demand and supply side of the labour market. Our goal is the employees of the Department learn more about innovative methods, can develop their toolkit with vocational training, as well as retraining and further training, more popular and attractive among job seekers and employed people. Job seekers and those in employment to identify with the importance of lifelong training and for training to become more accessible to them.
The Governement Office of Békés County (in the following Government Office) has general competence in territorial state administration. The 9 district offices of the Department of Employment, Employment Supercision and Labour Protection (in the following Department) are responsible for the employment policy. According to the needs of the labour market and the vocational and adult training system, the district offices operate and continously improve the system of labour market services and supports. The specific competencies of the employees of the Department of Employment need to develop in order to improve the efficiency of the Department’s activity. The Department provides more qualified human resourcest, contributes a higher quality of work and reach the goals. Due to the professional education system of the Department, we emphase on learning about international innovative methods, which support the quality and efficiency of our organization’s professional activities, that finances the ERASMUS+ programme.
