Objectives

With the implementation of the project, we wanted to achieve that our disadvantaged and cumulatively disadvantaged students could participate in international mobility, get the opportunity to practice in a real work environment, encourage learning a foreign language, build relationships, thereby increasing their motivation, love for the profession, and increase their commitment to the profession . In addition to these, our goal is to develop the skills and competence of our students, increase their European self-awareness, and ensure equal opportunities. The training of professionals who meet the challenges and requirements of the age, who speak a foreign language, should be adults who can hold their own as educated and cultured people. To open up the world to them, giving them the opportunity to apply the knowledge they have learned so far more independently, to achieve independence, to develop the need for lifelong learning, and self-realization. Our students are significantly disadvantaged, for whom this program can provide the opportunity to significantly improve their living conditions as adults.

Background

The KSZC Varró István Technikum, Vocational Training School and College provides diverse educational activities in the field of vocational training, dormitory education, catch-up activities and talent management. The institution's training palette is based on local traditions and as a result of labor market and economic changes, many new professions have started and many training programs have been discontinued. The general characteristic of the student community is that there is a very high number of disadvantaged and cumulatively disadvantaged students, as well as the number of regular child protection benefits. Our students have unfavorable family backgrounds, and students with lower abilities and primary school deficiencies continue their studies with us. The educational and educational work of the institution is largely determined by the above-mentioned factors, primarily the unfavorable social background. This tender provides an opportunity to improve the situation of our school and disadvantaged students by joining the international environment and building partnerships.
