Objectives

The aim of the project is to provide our trainers with a training course where they can improve their professional skills. They learn specific practical solutions. Develop specific learning materials for their professional work, which can be used as a basis for further training. The aim was to develop a long-term, multi-grade, uniform training material that could be used by our trainers. We had several strands to our ideas: - to stimulate the openness and interest of vocational students in other cultures - to create a sense of common ground through the development of vocational material - to create better cooperation between vocational trainers, to forge closer partnerships. - To learn from local Italian professional experience and, at the same time, to learn about similar initiatives in Italy. - To learn about and showcase good practices. - To identify and develop opportunities and contacts with professional organisations in Italy.
