Objectives

As a result of the project, the participating professionals should develop their personal competences by studying good practices and become able to make complex proposals in their own field in a vocational training environment that meets the new challenges for the training of young employees who acquire their knowledge through work-based learning in a block format through successful experiences. In this way, the young people's commitment to the profession develops more deeply, they can adapt more quickly and become employees who integrate more effectively into the profession and the workplace. For this, it is necessary for the participating professionals to gather relevant experience and exchange information with international partners who have been working in a block training program for a long time. They should be able to apply and disseminate the acquired experience in their own profession.

Background

BMKIK is the institutionalized organization of vocational training development linked to the economy in Békés county. BMKIK is in contact with all companies engaged in economic activity in the county. As a public law task delegated by the government, the BMKIK takes care of more than 120 professional trainings, assists and certifies the practical training places. In Békés county, in addition to the effects of the pandemic, the current challenge is the organization and implementation of the newly established block training and the planning and implementation of the training program required by law. This theme is the continuation of the project "Getting on the Track - Staying on the Track", which was only partially implemented due to the pandemic. We saw it as ensured by the project that we could prepare for the block dual training in seasonal professions with obtainable knowledge and experience. He effectively helped us with the successful professional training of NEET youth and students.
