Our institution, the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, during the implementation of the KA131 project in 2021, aimed to carry out short-term, namely doctoral and Blended Intensive Programme mobilities. Within these frameworks, students could receive personalized, intensive education focusing on their major and instrument, significantly contributing to their professional development. * * As a music institution, the Academy places special importance on the individual development of students, as well as their gaining of experience and broadening of their horizons, whether they are incoming guest students or our own university students. In this regard, the personal relationships between faculties, techers and students, as well as institutional communication and administration, play an essential role. * * It is important to note that simultaneously with the implementation of this project, our institution also executed several long-term mobilities, funded by the KA131 projects in 2022 and 2023. By allocating the short-term mobilities from the 2021 KA131 project, we were able to provide higher monthly stipends to students participating in long-term mobilities, compared to if we had included them in this project as well.
