The aim of the University of Miskolc (UM) by implementing the present project is to increase the international scientific and academic visibility of the university: increase staff and student mobility. The strategic objectives of the implementation are: 1) improving the soft skills of our students by engaging them in an intercultural environment; 2) providing an international experience for staff to encourage the adoption of best academic practices; 3) supporting the internationalization process of UM by engaging students and staff in international mobility. The operational objectives are the following: 1) a 10% increase in the outgoing mobility; increasing the number of participants in mobility in both physical and blended form; 2) achieve full recognition of studies (the number of courses completed at the partner university is equal to the number of courses accepted at UM) 3) application of digital administration 4)Organization of BIP and implementation of short mobility programmes 4) Creating a multicultural atmosphere (internationalization at home) at the university by increasing incoming mobility. We intended to provide an intercultural experience for those who are not taking part in international mobility.
