In line with the internationalisation efforts of our institution, our aim was to enable our students and staff to participate in international mobilities, where they can develop their labour market competences (confident language skills, getting to know different cultures, adaptability, communication, problem-solving, organisational skills). What we expected from the BIP was to promote team orientation, familiarizing ourselves with the concept of blended learning and to increase motivation and the number of outgoing student mobilities. As for teachers and staff, the aim was to develop and strengthen professional network through international cooperation and mobility, to gain international experience in different fields, to try innovative methods and tools using a foreign language in a different environment, to adapt and integrate them into their own and their colleagues' teaching practices and to strengthen their inclusive attitude. Training mobilities were mainly aimed at developing language and digital skills and also sharing good practices. The acquired skills as added value for students and staff act as a catalyst in creating an innovative workplace of higher quality and contribute to the region's development process.
