One of the priorities of the University of Szeged's internationalisation and modernisation strategy is to continuously expand its cooperation with higher education institutions in the European Union and beyond. The ERASMUS+ application the University of Szeged to Call 2021 also served these objectives, in full compliance with the commitments undertaken in the Erasmus Policy Statement (EPS) and the ERASMUS+ Charter (ECHE). When submitting the 2021 application, the institutional management set itself the following objectives: - to maintain or increase outbound and inbound mobility numbers - to establish new practices corresponding to the new programme elements (e.g. digitalisation steps, inclusion, short term mobilities, BIPs) - to identify and remove obstacles to mobilities - continuous monitoring of the programme - promotion of the programme. In its 2021 application, the University of Szeged has foreseen a total of 390 outbound mobility (SMS: 100, SMT: 40, STA: 200, STT: 50). Additional objectives of the project: - to further develop well-established exchanges towards the development of joint or double degree courses or other forms of cooperation and projects, - to expand the range of courses offered in foreign languages.
