Objectives

Erasmus+ programmes, in particular KA1, contribute significantly to the internationalisation of Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary (KRE). The opportunities offered by the programme are the means for KRE to achieve its goals for mobility, for cooperation in (strategic) partnerships, for innovation and modernisation of its education, and to exchange good practices with universities and organisations in order to achieve common objectives and mutual benefits, both within and outside the country. The Erasmus+ highly contributes to the core mission of the University: graduate students possess broad-based, modern skill sets that can be utilized on the labour market, furthermore, they make a start on their future careers as active citizens. KRE strives to become a spiritual hub characterized by awareness of quality, social responsibility, solidarity, and value-based activities. The key focus in the call 2021 was to reinvigorate and to encourage international mobilities after the pandemic. At the same time to improve the quality of mobilities, expand and modernise student services. Inclusive education and mobility open for all socio-economic backgrounds also hallmarked our activities.
