The project “Egyesek Erasmus + Accreditation 2021” project had the aim to strategically develop and sustain the youth work Egyesek Youth Association has been building for the past 20 years – especially empowering young people and continuous development of youth workers and youth work on an international level. This project is the first in the new structure, as part of a 7 year long strategic plan, and as such, all activities (which used to be separately managed projects) now are being implemented in a holistic, joint project, where activities are connected and building on each other, with new, innovative activities. We had the following objectives with this project: 1. Increasing quality and recognition of youth work 2. Strengthening professional and personal development of youth workers 3. Promoting and increasing integration and inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities through youth work 4. Empowering young people to take responsibilities and initiatives; raise their awareness of their own capabilities to become active citizens and build resilient communities
