With our project, we aimed to address the problem of unemployment and sub-quality employment within the creative and music industry. We gathered an international group of young professional and self-taught artists (musicians, composers, and sound artists) to arm them with the tools and knowledge necessary for pursuing a more fulfilling and autonomous musical career. This process involved diverse non-formal educational methods, skill- and knowledge sharing activities, self-management crash courses, co-creation in alternative and non-hierarchical working models, and many others. On top of this, we attempted to form strong Eastern-European connections with our Partner Organisations (POs), who are all devoted to a long-term collaboration, allowing the participants to benefit from the project far after the activity.
