The main purpose of the project was to support, improve the mental health of people following pandemia, and the war occurring in our neighbouring country. These two factor highly worsened the mental health of people, increased stress situations, worsened relationships, and communication wmong people. Within the project we created motivation videos developing mental health with youth workers and shared on TikTok to communicate motivation, and positive messages for people.
