Health services adapted to the needs of young people are crucial for both the health system and young people. If we put more emphasis on prevention and education, the system will be less loaded and the life of young people will be easier. In our project, we collected the needs, opinions, experiences and innovative ideas of the participating young people. We are convinced that this age group predominantly needs preventive and health-preserving, recreational or informative health services. Our goal was to collect information, assess the needs of young people, and provide an opportunity for conversation with decision-makers. Therefore, by implementing the project on an international level, we involved 360 young people between the ages of 13 and 30 from three countries in the discussion of health issues. We considered it particularly important that our participants come from as wide a range of ages and social backgrounds as possible, taking care to ensure an equal distribution of genders. This created an opportunity for elementary school students and resident doctors continuing their studies, as well as people living in small towns and cities, to exchange experiences. Thus promoting the acceptance of cultural differences, multiculturalism. Furthermore, our goal was to use non-formal education methods, community building - which we solved by using digital platforms in addition to personal meetings -, the pursuit of environmental awareness, and the development of the participants' competencies. (native language communication, digital competence, personal, social and learning competences, interpersonal and civic competences, initiative and entrepreneurial competence, cultural awareness and expressiveness) It was important for us to involve the decision-makers as widely as possible in our events, creating an opportunity for dialogue. Thus, among our guests there was a under-secretary, the head of a youth advocacy organization, the head of a health institution, a county and city representative, a health economist and a doctor. With the collected and systematized ideas, we can give the decision-makers a concrete package of proposals, which they can later implement in the healthcare system.
