Objectives

The main objective of the strategic partnership is to bring the organisations to the international stage, to share knowledge and experience between professionals in a way that has not been done before (international trips, visits, development) and to develop a larger scale international project based on the current small scale project. With regard to the primary target group, our main objective was to add value to the development of professionals, i.e. the development of their methodological repertoire, professional and personal competences is always a prerequisite to increase the chances of the target group (people with barriers, people with fewer opportunities). The project produced two outputs: the Good practices, methods in learning projects for people with barriers and the Methodological Guide. Both of them indirectly serve the development of the primary target group (also according to the original content of the application). The processing is based on the collection of good practices in the field of arts for resilience building and development, and presents a methodological option for combining arts and digital knowledge (Methodolical Guide).

Background

The two organisations - the Hungarian Crime Stop Foundation and the Turkish Bozyazi Kultur Sanat Ve Muzik Dernegi - have established a joint strategic partnership to support disadvantaged target groups (now: people facing barriers or with fewer opportunities), to work together and to develop and improve their cooperation during the project period and beyond. Our aim is to increase the learning capacity of the final beneficiary group, i.e. people with any kind of barrier, to identify opportunities, to learn and share experiences together, to learn about and apply systems, methods and potentials not used by organisations so far, with a particular focus on the following target groups: - social barriers - economic barriers - barriers related to discrimination, in general, other barriers are also targeted. We have also had the unhidden aim of increasing organisational capacity and organisational development - both organisations are relatively small but they are constantly working. This is because when organisations grow and develop, it necessarily has a positive impact on the life chances of their target group. The topic was developed by highlighting and linking the areas of arts and digital competence development.
