Objectives

We would like to: 1, help girls find their dream-jobs, even if they are related to STEM and are not on higher educational level. 2, help teachers showing a method, how they can help girls with similar ideas. 3, help decision-makers of schools how to open their gates wider towards female students for STEM-related trainings.

Background

As number of female professionals of STEM-related secondary and terciary vocational training is underrepresented in our countries (Hungary and Slovenia), we decided to help raising awareness (and probably number of girls) for possibility of doing those jobs by women too. We targetted students of age 12-14, related elementary school teachers, vocational training school teachers and decision makers to reach the most efficiency during our project.
