Maynooth University wants to achieve a multi cultural campus which enhances the student experience for both staff and students. Implementing Erasmus+ programme and ensuring it is an available choice for all our students enhances their overall academic experience and awards them an international degree. Participants not only develop their linguistic and intercultural competence, but also gain from learning in a different academic context, develop important life skills and enhance their postgraduate and employability prospects. The teaching and training staff exchanges are invaluable in learning and exchanging of best practice, exchanging pedagogical ideas, and facilitating new and/or enhanced collaboration with our European partner universities.
