Objectives

In line with our current strategic plan IADT is continuing to develop collaborations and has 40+ partners for student and staff study exchanges under Erasmus+ across 17 countries. As Ireland’s leading institute in the creative cultural sector, we seek to partner with similar institutions offering our staff and students the opportunity to see the expression of our fields of study within a different national and/or cultural context. IADT’s objectives for 2021/2022 To consolidate and increase the number of mobilities in all categories (students and staff). To mentor and support inbound students (prior to their arrival and during their time in IADT) and outbound students (from application stage to departure and stay abroad). To continue raising awareness of and promoting the Erasmus+ opportunities to our students and staff. To strengthen our existing Erasmus partnerships. To set up new Erasmus partnerships. To promote IADT as an attractive Erasmus destination for European students and staff. To set up Blended Intensive programs through pilots with close partners. Teaching visits built on research and knowledge sharing in the field of spatial and experience design and presents an opportunity to explore future collaborations
