Objectives

During the project application we designed two specific objectives in relation to the prioritized training needs of our staff, that will give meaning and structure to the training activities that make up this project. We seek to understand the fundamentals of coding and programming and develop some basic problem-solving and project design skills, enhancing creativity and real-life solving approaches through Video Games, and know about the European programmes for schools, focusing on the Erasmus+ programme, learning about KA1 and KA2 projects, in order to design new projects and collaborations to enhance our international trascendence and opportunities.

Background

This project was designed for the continuous training of our staff, the internationalization of the organization and compliance with our vision and objectives, to promote digital environments of innovation and pedagogical practices that can serve in the mentoring and training processes that we develop. The training activities that were developed in each mobility last 5 days, composed of courses of 35 hours each. Of those 35 hours, 20 were face-to-face, at the Inercia Digital facilities, in Huelva. Our project was intended for 20 staff members, but due to delays in the project start due to Covid19 we were unable to complete more than 12 mobilities in total. The participants were trained in digital skills, specifically, at a didactic and pragmatic level, they respond to the needs of having a LCMS to offer online training, and taking advantage of the educational possibilities of social networks in adult education sector, analyzed before writing this project. The selected course was European Opportunities for Digital Schools. Different methods were developed, giving special attention to the case method, methodology based on working by projects, learning by doing and the interrogative one.
