That staff and teachers become more skilled in the electronic school environment and gain confidence in approaching the material digitally. Staff will be more aware of the importance of sustainability and environmental science and will find it easier to incorporate it into daily life, the teaching material and pass it on to students. Teachers and staff get more tools and more skills to respond to the needs of students with different backgrounds and different opportunities. Participants gain additional skills in inclusion, staff and students.
We applied for funding for courses for continuing education for teachers and other staff. Skills for the future was the title. The idea was to promote all senior staff for continuing education regarding sustainability, electronic school environment and to respond to the different needs of different students.
