By implementing the project, the IUA wants to offer its students and staff members the precious opportunity to gain experience abroad within the academic and cultural world in collaboration with universities, art institutions and professionals within the arts. To broaden the view both culturally and academically of students and staff, to gain access to professionals and opportunities to build up personal and institutional network and to share our experience as well in the same context. The IUA has been an active participant in the Erasmus programme since the IUA was founded in 1998. The numbers of mobilities have increased with the years going by in line with new faculties, evolvement of new programmes as well as greater emphasis on internationalisation in general.
