The objectives that the GreenEventsEU project achieved, following the remodeling of activities were: 1) Enhance the skills of 28 adult learners related to green/digital event organization; 2) Enhance the green-digital skills related to green event organization of 2 recent graduates (within 12 months) with a mobility of 90 days + 2 travel; 3) Initiate an educational project (by including it in the PTOF) for students on Green Event Organization by supporting the professional/linguistic development of mentor teachers 4) Facilitate the knowledge of the language of the host country (Spain) and English (project language) of the 30 participants and teachers involved in the activities. In this way, the nature of the objectives remained the same as those set at the application stage, while adapting to the activities carried out in Spain. 5) Ensure participation of at least 20% for project activities and 70% for mobilities of "young people with fewer opportunities" by assessing the figure updated to the last month of implementation
The Piscopo Institute is located in Arzano, in the province of Naples. The reference area is affected by severe unemployment and the conversion of the economy to the tertiary sector. From an analysis of the profile of socio-economic and cultural conditions, the school population is extremely complex, considering the problematic reality of the municipalities of origin. Furthermore, the family context of the students is between the low and medium-low levels; this contributes, together with the lack of tools, environments and socialization activities, to keeping the risk of dropping out of school high. The school acts as a bridge, and represents not only an educational place but also a place for socialization. Above all, it allows students to seize opportunities that they otherwise would not be able to have. The educational offer, in fact, is varied and includes different curricula, so that students can choose what is closest to their inclinations: Industrial and Craft Productions, Commercial Services, Social-Health Services, Information Technology, Graphics and Communication, Fashion System, Tourism; further education courses for adults are carried out.
