Esaminando il PTOF e il RAV sono emerse necessità che hanno portato a definire i seguenti obiettivi: - Miglioramento delle tecnologie e competenze digitali per l'utenza scolastica - Approcci pedagogici-didattici innovativi per soddisfare le peculiarità di ogni utente. - Inclusione e integrazione, per offrire opportunità educative/formative a tutti gli alunni. - Competenze linguistiche per migliorare l'uso della lingua straniera in future carriere lavorative. Competenze in ambito amministrativo e organizzativo relativi ad aspetti burocratici e interazionali. L'Istituto S. Savioli offre 4 indirizzi: cucina, pasticceria, sala-bar e accoglienza turistica e collabora con Istituzioni, enti e imprese locali per consentire agli alunni, di inserirsi nel tessuto lavorativo. I rapporti stabiliti nel tempo, permettono di organizzare progetti di alternanza scuola-lavoro e tirocini formativi durante tutto l’anno, per consolidare conoscenze e competenze .L' età va dai 14 ai 19 anni; con diversi contesti socio-economico-culturali: in generale circa il 50% degli alunni proviene da famiglie di ceto sociale medio-basso con scarsi stimoli di crescita personale e professionale. The S. Savioli Institute offers: cooking, pastry making, lounge-bar and tourist reception and collaborates with local institutions, bodies and businesses to allow students to integrate into the city's work opportunities. The relationships established over time allow us to organize school-work alternation projects and training internships throughout the year, to consolidate knowledge and skills. Their age is from 14 to 19 years; they come from different socio-economic-cultural contexts: in general, around 50% of the students come from middle-low social class families with few chances for personal and professional growth.
