The project "Let them shine" was born with the triple aim of: - enhancing the skills of our association not only in creating high-quality local and European events and initiatives, but also in the ability to guide and support recent graduates in their job placement; - training recent graduates from the area in the cultural sector; - revitalizing the events sector in Tuscia.
"LET THEM SHINE" was born with the aim of reflecting on the skills, knowledge, and abilities required in the cultural and creative sector. This was done in order to lay the foundation for the creation of a workshop of ideas and initiatives, where young people, especially recent graduates, could find their own identity and employment. The project was actually born as a result of the promoter's experience in realizing a local cultural project called "Dreaming Favl." This project, designed to reflect on culture as a tool for cultural aggregation and to bring a new artistic offer to the Tuscia territory, initiated a reflection on the role that this field can also play in the employment of the younger generation.
