Background

“PRO.CO.DE. 3” is the 3rd transnational mobility project managed by the Municipality of Baronissi in the framework of E+. The initiative is the continuation of a successful path that began in 2016 with the implementation of the PRO.CO.DE' project, followed by 'PRO.CO.DE 2', projects that the Municipality has implemented in a consortium with VET Institutes from Campania Region. “PRO.CO.DE. 3", implemented by the Municipality as a mono-beneficiary, is part of the institution's broader strategic planning framework for the implementation of activities aimed at training young people “on the job” and facilitating their job inclusion in a territorial context characterized by high unemployment rates. In particular, the project was addressed at 30 new graduates from VET institutes with different educational backgrounds, including the following specializations: IT, Logistics, Mechanics and Mechatronics, Construction, Environment and Territory, Catering and Hotel Hospitality, Administration, Finance and Marketing. The beneficiaries have carried out long-term traineeships in companies located in Malta and Spain. The project has also encouraged the participation of subjects with fewer opportunities (20% of the total number of participants).
