Through the implementation of the project and the project activities the following objectives are to be achieved: - Improvement and/or acquisition of skills and knowledge on narrative techniques in educational and didactic contexts - Improvement of skills and knowledge of corporate storytelling techniques
Through narratives and storytelling, readers and listeners find opportunities for individual and collective growth. For this reason, it is essential for the proposing organisation to train its staff on these issues. Through storytelling one is informed, entertained, educated, and experiences the act of storytelling as a preferential way of accessing knowledge and knowledge. For this reason, AMFI intends to promote this project: from an analysis of the training needs of staff and staff, there is the improvement and/or acquisition of skills and knowledge on the topics of storytelling in educational and teaching contexts and corporate storytelling. The aim is to deepen these topics and to study real cases and good practices through a European mobility experience and comparison with EU colleagues. Trainers (n. 4 participants) and staff of the lead partner not involved in the training activity (n. 2 participants) will take part in the project.
