The EU4SKILLS Project aimed to improve the linguistic, digital, and pedagogical skills of the staff involved in online and face-to-face training activities, as well as those of the learners, with particular focus on the Project Management and Design sectors in the national and European contexts.
The project was born out of the need to adapt the organization to new operational contexts and growth opportunities that have arisen in the last 2 years, as well as to the international collaborations that the organization has entered into to carry out activities aligned with its mission. The expansion of activities to international contexts has made it necessary to enhance and/or strengthen language skills. Additionally, there has also been a need to enhance theoretical and practical skills to better identify and leverage national and European funding opportunities. These two needs have represented the two main axes around which the training activities provided by the project have been developed.
