Rapidly changing economic realities, technological development and the different tasks required of workers have urged the Institute to update its educational programs and professionalizing methods by fostering the emergence of "educational alliances" between Max Planck, Trade Associations and the Veneto Region and foreign companies. With an updated "European Development Plan" in the 18 months of Erasmus, they have multiplied the strategic interaction between technical education and the productive world locally and internationally, and achieved greater visibility and "employability" of degrees in the labor market particularly in the 4 host EU countries: France, Germany, Ireland and Malta. The ITI has updated the ADA-UFCs of the trained profiles and integrated in the CVs the specific skills acquired, in accordance with the demands of the local Veneto production system, in the logic also of talent enhancement and a systemic approach open to a growing interaction with international strategic partners as a moment of qualitative growth of the entire IIS.
