ISIS Oscar is located in Albino in the Seriana Valley (BG), in the centre of an area of high industrial vocation. It is attended by about 1500 students divided into 3 learning curriculums of high school: Vocational, ITE, Foreign Languages and Humanistic Social Science. The Vocational high school was the target for this project. kinds of institutes are thought as "Territorial Schools of Innovation, conceived as laboratories of research, experimentation, innovation". Therefore, they are schools linked to the local territory, with the aim of preparing workers to be employed in the middle management sector of companies. The local economic context asks for workers who can interact locally and internationally. Young students, who choose our Vocational school, sometimes share past negative achievements or unsatisfying experiences with school and they risk to drop out of school due both to socio-economic and cultural conditions of their families and to a lack of motivation to study. It is therefore necessary to identify teaching strategies that manage to combine motivational aspects with the quality of specific training and that take into account the best suited learning style according to these students.
