Project MICA Objectives are: 1 - Help Create a set of european digital skills for Cultural Heritage professionals based on digcomp and entrecomp 2 - Consolidate the network from past European project in an active stable digital community for professional enhancement and international collaboration in cultural field 3 - Promote an innovative life-long self-learning environment. Through an holistic approach this environment will become learning center, best practices exchange and cultural innovation center 4 - Empower didactic and social vocation of cultural institutions through an extensive use of innovative digital means, for a deeper impact on local communities 5 - Make of cultural field an example of public and private active democratic participation and EU principle diffusion
This project aims to create a practical community of self professional education and self lifelong learning for Heritage professionals. The Idea comes from participants and partners of eCult Skills (LifeLong Learning Programme – Leonardo da Vinci 2013/2015) and Mu.SA Museum Sector Alliance (Erasmus+ / Sector Skills Alliances.2017/2019). From these projects emerged the need to create a stable and active community for self-learning activities and professional enhancement composed by international professionals in all cultural fields. Therefore the common needs expressed by participants were: 1 - Learn how to create and manage a stable active digital community 2 - Test digital tools and environments and find the right one 3 - Creation of the official Mu.SA Digital Community 4 -Test what learned with practical activities
