• Develop specialist know-how on the subject of custom e-learning to identify and propose to the labor market a personalized learning approach, based on the needs of the recipients and on the complexities of a dynamic target with disparate and variable needs. • Identify innovative and flexible methodological solutions responding to the skills needs of the labor market. The output is the identification of flexible intervention methodology validated and applicable to various sizes, shapes, with all kinds of combinations to meet the particular needs of any company and worker (our target). • Identify effective technological solutions with sustainable production costs. The focus is on the dissemination of models which, in addition to being flexible and customized, are innovative and also characterized by specific and economically sustainable custom e-learning technological solutions. • Identify models to make the learning experience more effective and engaging. Models and personalized learning environments are sought, also through self-assessment sessions, to guarantee a high level of quality, motivation and effectiveness.
The CLIMB project summarizes a path of methodological analysis, design, and experimentation/development of tailor-made training models, also blended, based on custom e-learning, for companies and workers, shared by project partners. The CLIMB focus is custom e-learning that goes beyond the classic e-learning formula such as containers of pre-packaged or off-the-shelf courses, aiming at tailor-made training courses that respond to the requests and needs of the recipients. The needs to be met is to develop a methodology for developing student-centred, personalized, flexible courses, to guarantee an effective and engaging learning experience, usable in different times and methods and at the same time with low costs.
