Background

The project aimed to develop, test, and train a groundbreaking approach to career guidance for a new generation of innovative European career guidance practitioners. The COVID-19 pandemic has emerged as the most significant economic crisis since World War II, fundamentally transforming work, leisure, family life, and societal structures. This unprecedented situation has highlighted the need for a shift in career guidance approaches to better align with the evolving economic landscape and the changing skills requirements, particularly in response to green and digital transitions. Traditional career guidance methods are no longer sufficient to support individuals in this context. The EC aims to develop a European Education Area to assist member states in creating resilient education and training systems. This initiative is focused on quality career guidance, developed by partners' diverse international backgrounds and aligned with societal changes is increasingly essential to help individuals understand and address their needs, navigate job market developments, reach their potential and adopt effective strategies for enhancing their employability while ensuring sustainability.
