In 2020, we held a meeting in which an internal evaluation group was created, consisting of the management and 2 regular members, in order to develop a European Development Plan divided into progressive phases: research of issues and weak points, examination of causes, and search for solutions. The main participants in this self-analysis were the staff and collaborators of the organization, students who actively participated in activities, events and courses, families in the area, and partner entities. The discussion was initiated through reading and analysis of the results of questionnaires and surveys administered to the aforementioned actors and the European Agenda. From the analysis of these results and the ensuing debate, needs emerged in the following thematic areas: fundamental needs that we sought to address through this program of European mobility and cooperation. To expand our activities, it is necessary to hire expert, qualified personnel who are suitable for the needs of the new post-Covid European society. With this project, we focused on developing language skills and inclusive methodologies.
