Objectives

We wanted to achieve the following: 1. INTERNALIZATION OF THE ORGANIZATION: we wanted to achieve the internationalization strongly connected with our organization, and the development of social, civic and linguistic skills. We wanted to expand our European network, with measurable results. We wanted to confirm our strategic plan for the next 3 years, to obtain at least 50 new contacts with schools, institutions, companies, universities and similar NGOs with which building and plan strategic projects. We wanted to start building this network by participating in at least 3 partnership projects per year for the first 3 years (where at least in 1 we were coordinator, in November 2021). In addition, we wanted to train 5 members of the Board in the management of international projects (European planning and project management courses). We wanted to improve our skills in the managing and organizing of the various phases of future international projects (preparation, implementation, monitoring and follow-up ). 2. DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT AND BLENDED LEARNING IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES: We wanted to develop communication in foreign languages among international partners 3. NEW METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO RAISE AWARENESS ON ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUE

Background

ALMA operates mainly in Marche region, in a context affected, in the past decades, by serious issues in the environmental and socioeconomic fields. Our activities have been oriented towards the organizations of artistic events, seminars, workshops on social and environmental issues. In the last few years, we’ve focused our efforts on the organization, support and training services to 3 main categories of people: 1.Adults and children at risk of social exclusion 2. Teachers and trainers in public and private schools 3. Migrants. Our aim is to organize training courses for the development of basic skills and training programs to improve the key competences of adults and young people in our area. ALMA has 25 Board/management members, among paid associated members, volunteers and paid staff members (both operations and administration). We also collaborate with external specialists and volunteers, as well as with other NGOs, schools, organizations and companies. Our project is based on the context of our ALMA organization, because we would like to share our activities, our learning, our culture, and our location, with the rest of the world. This project allows for intercultural and EU exchange. Thus, our project aligns with us.
