The aim is to improve the LINGUISTIC AND COMPUTER SKILLS of participants with low level of skills in the subjects. The adults identified as the direct beneficiaries of this project need an advanced level of knowledge of the English language and IT which allows them to develop their skills. It is considered appropriate to support the direct beneficiaries of the project by making them develop the following skills: - creative problem solving: outside their "comfort zone" the beneficiaries will have to appeal to their creativity to solve problems; - multidisciplinary thinking; -evaluate ways to share ideas and thoughts with team members; - reproduce and break down the technical data in more general terms; distinguish ways to handle difficult situations and highlight collaboration within a team; -identify key phrases for development and design
