1. INCREASE THE EUROPEANIZATION OF LEARNERS WITH FEWER OPPORTUNITIES. It is evident that languages represent the access key to communications and exchanges between different cultures. Their knowledge represents a basic element in a strategic path that, in subsequent steps, has as its objective the Europeanization of the individual. 2. ACTIVATE AND CHANNEL THE EMOTIONAL PROCESSES OF LEARNERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN THE EDUCATIONAL AND RE-EDUCATIONAL PERSPECTIVE. The use of theatrical techniques and Emotional Education in an educational sense in order to support ordinary teaching, enhancing its effectiveness, especially in terms of managing the emotional world, represents a formidable tool for the needs of subjects with special educational needs. 3. INCREASE THE SKILLS OF FDA RESOURCES. This is strategic both in view of the growing internationalization process of the FDA and the improvement of its educational offer.
The educational context of FDA presents an educational offer aimed at adults in a situation of disadvantage whose need is to start a process that allows them to enter Europe and to develop activities that use their emotions in the educational process. As for the needs, they are related to two interconnected guidelines: one with a local impact and the other in the perspective of the internationalization process. It is about: 1. acquire new methodologies that have an impact on the innovation of the offer and teaching practice, 2. get in touch with models of institutions operating in the EDA in other European countries for an organizational and educational planning update, 3. implement the European EDA networking work, 4. acquire language skills useful for communication with foreign partners for the design and management of European projects.
