Implementing the project we wanted to get: - improving the professional and linguistic skills of school staff - the improvement of the disciplinary and transversal skills of the pupils - elements of comparison and discussion within the evaluation and improvement nucleus of the school and the manager's staff - improvement of the planning and management skills of the management staff - internationalization of the school - improvement of inclusive processes
The ECOdigiSTART project, in the period 01/12/2021 – 31/05/2023 was implemented by the IC G. Verga Viagrande, a comprehensive state institute with a musical focus located in the Municipality of Viagrande and which insists on the territory of the Etna Park in Sicily. The beneficiary institution currently has a user base of 1078 pupils aged between 3 and 13 (48 disabled pupils, 3.14% foreign pupils) and a staff of 98 teachers and 21 ATA (source: https://www .usr.sicilia.it/attachments/article/8281/FasceComplessita-SICILIA-20230523.xlsx ). The organization (OID: E10152283) has recently participated in a KA229 project (call 2019 carried out in the academic years 2019-2022) and is currently accredited KA120 (agreement 2021-1-IT02-KA120-SCH-000045069) . The PTOF, the PdM and the Erasmus Plan insist on the objectives of the ECOdigiSTART project: digital transition, ecological transition, inclusion, internationalization of the school and of educational and teaching processes. In extra-curricular hours, activities financed with the MOF and with PON/POC ESF funding, with the Arts Plan and other national and regional notices/tenders are carried out.
