The project had the objective of promoting the training of a staff who had a good command of one or more LS, knew the international working reality, could relate to socio-cultural realities different from their own and improved that attitude of openness, respect , sharing and inclusion which is the result of an education in multiculturalism. The project was implemented through: - linguistic improvement, comparison with foreign colleagues and new teaching methodologies for international cooperation, - the creation of new relationships with regard to inclusive education (SLD and BES students) and PCTO of the students. The objectives were: - ENRICH the training offer in an international context - IMPROVE the linguistic and methodological skills of teachers for international cooperation through a intercultural and inclusive dialogue. - DEVELOP active citizenship skills. - IMPROVE the inclusiveness of BES/DSA students, with cutting-edge methodologies and technologies - IMPROVEMENT of the PCTO plan with international openness - KNOWLEDGE of international employment contracts - CREATION of a network of contacts with European institutes.
