This Erasmus+ project was born in conjunction with the opening to the DADA model to allow comparison with other European schools and staff training with innovative and inclusive methodologies, capable of responding to the needs of an increasingly open and evolving society. In view of the needs and priorities identified in the strategic documents of the school, the main objectives were: 1. strengthen the methodological skills of the teachers of the institute regarding the didactics for learning environments through experiences of job shadowing in European schools. 2. compare models of inclusion and practical measures for the consolidation of the rules of cohabitation by pupils, with particular attention to social, cultural and educational barriers. Further objectives were to: - to improve the English language skills of the participants and the Institute staff; - establish cooperation and exchange relations with European Schools; - to improve the provision of training by means of reflection and comparison between teachers of the institute on observed models; - adopt new practices to increase welfare - develop a sense of belonging to the European Union.
