By implementing the project, we wanted to promote intercultural cooperation and exchange between our school, the partner school in Alicante, Spain, and the partner school in Arad, Romania. Through these partnerships, we have achieved several goals. First of all, we have strived to create an enriching job shadowing experience for the teachers involved, who not only observe, but have activated workshops in the host schools. This exchange of knowledge and good practices promoted professional development and the exchange of innovative teaching methodologies. Teachers were able to explore the intersection of coding, robotics, creativity and emotion in education. By incorporating creativity and emotion, it is possible to create an inclusive learning environment that respects and celebrates different cultures.
Our project and organization operate within a context that embraces innovation and change. The teachers, who have benefitted from overseas training opportunities, actively champion remote learning initiatives. Leveraging their expertise, they contribute to an increasingly diverse, creative, motivating, and inclusive educational offering. By immersing our organization in this dynamic context, we aim to realize a comprehensive transformation that aligns with our commitment to internationalization and sustainable development.We strive to expand our school's horizons through internationalization, leveraging European project design. As proponents of the Agenda 2030, we employ the "Go Goals!" game to inspire students to consider their future and drive meaningful change. Our project team continuously generates innovative proposals, while our teachers, equipped with international training, promote diverse and inclusive remote learning opportunities. This context empowers us to realize our vision of a transformed educational experience that aligns with internationalization and sustainable development goals.
