We wanted to increase the steam competence of our teachers, we wanted them to integrate their steam approach. they have learned into the preschool education program, enhancement and enhancement of language skills, with particular reference to English and other languages of the European Union, also through the use of the Content methodology.
The strategic objectives which belong to the institutional mandate of the school and are: 1) enhancing the differences with a view to inclusion; 2) guaranteeing all pupils will achieve the "key" skills, not only of a cognitive but also social and relational type; 3) increase and enhance the professional skills of staff; 4) encourage motivation and satisfaction of staff; 5) create synergy with families oriented towards the well-being of children; 6) create stable and constructive relationships with all stakeholders, for the realization of the educational and social aims of the school. When we look at the goals, it is analyzed that our students have deficiencies in acquisition skills. In our efforts to solve this problem, it is seen that the Teacher's steam competence has been increased.
