The objectives of the BEST mobility project are to reduce school abandoning and the risk of poverty and social exclusion, to enhance the quality of school teaching, as well as the European dimension of the educational institution. These more general objectives are translated into objectives specifically tailored to the project content which are: - to enable all school staff to communicate in English; - to increase the number of teaching staff who use innovative teaching methods and digital tools ; - to implement effective ways to manage group dynamics in the classroom and effective / innovative techniques to improve teaching quality in particular classes; - to enhance sustainable entrepreneurial environment at school level. To enact project activities, seven structured courses (14 teachers), two jobshadowing (1 teacher 3 school staff) The themes of the selected structured courses/training /jobshadowing are: - Use of ICT tools in teaching - Innovative metodologies for teaching - CLIL -Integrative practices for leading the classroom
