Internationalization is one of the focuses of the University's strategic plans which aims to achieve objectives such as encouraging Erasmus actions and collaborations with foreign institutions for cultural and research exchanges. The process launched has led to the formalization of inter-institutional agreements with new partners, the consolidation of the education offer in English, concentrated above all at the level of specialist degrees and PhD Courses, the organization of Italian language courses for students and foreign PhD students, agreements for the creation of joint and double degrees with Latin American institutions, in Switzerland and Albania. The choice of partners in the countries indicated is linked to consolidated collaborative relationships with these institutions and to the participation in the Erasmus Action of International Credit Mobility, which has expanded the network of agreements with non-EU countries. Furthermore, the awareness that the presence of foreign students and teachers in the University also constitutes internationalization, the services offered and the Visiting program are being implemented.
