In implementing this project, our primary goal was to foster cross-cultural exchange and enhance the educational experience for both students and faculty involved in the Erasmus mobility program. We aimed to create a dynamic learning environment that goes beyond traditional classroom boundaries, providing participants with the opportunity to engage in different perspectives, develop intercultural competencies, and broaden their academic horizons. Furthermore, we sought to strengthen international collaborations, fostering lasting connections between our institution and partner organizations. Through shared knowledge, collaborative research, and joint academic initiatives, we aimed to contribute to the enrichment of our academic community and promote a global mindset among students and faculty. The project's success would be measured by the positive impact on the personal and academic development of our students and faculty, as well as the enduring relationships built between our institution and those of our international partners.
