The internationalization is fundamental for any HEI in order to increase the employability of graduated students. Through mobility and participation in the international programmes, students open their minds toward a worldwide scenario. UNIVAQ international policy is twofold: 1.internationalization of education at home: -activities oriented to foster a global and multicultural vision of education and labour market; -by attracting foreign students (degree courses delivered in English, cooperation programmes such as CBHE and ICM). 2.Internationalization of education abroad: -by designing international degree courses and curricula (double/joint/multiple degree) and cooperative academic learning projects (intensive courses, summer schools, internships) -by improving IIAs, in order to identify didactic units in the partner institution suitable for individual study plans (structured mobility) -by scheduling a mobility period within the degree course scheme (mobility window); -by enhancing the activities provided for in the existing bilateral cooperation agreements, applying the ICM rules. Focused on the achievement of its objectives, mainly through staff and student mobility, project played a key role in UNIVAQ international strategy.
